All our products are Central Pollution Control Board-approved and completely BPA-free. In addition, our bio-based products are certified by TÜV Rheinland.
Are there any special care instructions for maintaining your products? There is no special care required for maintain our products.
They are food contact safe, top shelf dishwasher safe, microwave safe up to 80º C and freezer safe up to 0º C.
Are our products recyclable at the end of their life?
Both, our polypropylene and rice husk cups are 100% recyclable.
Do we have a return or exchange policy for our products? There is no return or exchange policy for our products.
However, we replace the products if the customer receives them in a damaged condition and shows proof of the same.
